I am here now lovley hotel. Ut my favourite waiter is turkes the waiter he ie lovley the hotel is so lucky to have him working for them 100 percent thank-you looked after us always very friendly

I would 100% recommend this hotel to families. The rooms were spacious, the hotel was immaculate, the staff were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. As a family we really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, we were made to feel welcomed, safe and relaxed. The children loved the all day cake and ice cream and the kids club. Even my gluten free Auntie had plenty of food choice. The entertainment was a bit hit and miss but we would definitely visit again. A big thank you to Murat for making my mums stay extra special.

Had the best holiday to celebrate my husbands 60th and our 20th wedding anniversary we spent most days round the adult pool where Alex went above and beyond

The Hotel is very clean The staff are constantly cleaning and moving dirty plates in the restaurants. They walk round cleaning the floors and removing any debris. The beds are nice and comfortable and changed regularly. The pools area are beautiful but cold at this time of year. I didn't come across any thefts. The staff were very nice. Especially Ezgi and Ozge the ladies serving drinks in the lounge bar. And Turtes wanted mention.

All the staff in hotel are very polite friendly and hardworking… a few stand out Alex at the adults pool he’s amazing and the restaurant we think Turkey ISA Erding is a top guy he’s always there to serve and support and very very friendly And the food is delicious a great choice for all … we have loved it … Thank-you all at Blue Bay xx

Amazing hotel, four different pools, 16+pool bar Alex was amazing looking after us. From arrival all staff have been welcoming and helpful and try to go above expectations to help you. Food is lovely and there is plenty of options for you to choose from.

Very good hotel, excellent location for main road on the front and beach entry to the rear. Walkable to the bazaar. Tui rep at hand daily and english speaking staff. multiple pools as compared to others in the area, usually for better pools you need to stay further out from the main shops/bars. Its very much 90% british for food and entertainment which was great for us as a british family of 6 with mixed ages of adults, teens and kids. Many varietys of food the pool snack bar was hot dogs/burgers, doner, pizza, pasta, chips, nuggets & fried chicken. Indoor main dining was the usual breakfast buffet and for lunch & dinner it was mixed varietys of sunday roast aswel as pasta deli selection and the usual turkish dishes (although i found the turkish dishes a bit bland and not truley authentic as i love my spice and trying local cuisines - probably to cater for the brits!). All Rooms with AC, tv, hair dryer, balconies, fridge, kettle toiletries etc. Housekeeping daily. We had 3 different rooms, Service and cleaning was above and beyond any issues were resolved immediately throughout the entire hotel. The only negative issue i had which seems to not be mentioned anywhere in any reviews is the bathroom has a window into the bedroom area and you can see clear silhouettes of the person showering as me and my siblings shared rooms we found this uncomfortable.

We came as a family of 23! It has been a fantastic week! The staff are amazing and friendly, the food is fantastic. The hotel is close to all of the tourist areas and only a short journey from the more traditional streets. It’s clean and tidy, and there is nothing too much for the staff. We will definitely be visiting again!
